What does "An unexpected server error occurred. Reference: …" mean?

The server hit an error it did not expect. Siter does not show the internal details in the browser. Instead, the message gives a reference code. Copy the whole message, including the reference, and send it to your Siter administrator together with what you were doing at the time.

Administrators: the Siter API log records the full error under the same reference. Search the API container's log for it, for example docker compose logs siter-api | grep <reference>.
