To-do list
The to-do list helps you track tasks and reminders within a project. Use it to note items that need attention, such as features requiring data updates, areas to review, or follow-up actions from a site visit.
Prerequisites
- You must have an open project
- You must have the ProjectUser role or higher to create and edit to-do items
How to open the to-do list
The to-do list is accessible from the project map view as a sidebar panel.
How to create a to-do item
- Open the to-do list panel
- Click the add button
- Enter a description for the task
- Save the to-do item
How to complete a to-do item
- Open the to-do list panel
- Click the checkbox or completion button next to the item
- The item is marked as completed
How to delete a to-do item
- Open the to-do list panel
- Select the item to delete
- Confirm the deletion
