To-do list

The to-do list helps you track tasks and reminders within a project. Use it to note items that need attention, such as features requiring data updates, areas to review, or follow-up actions from a site visit.

Prerequisites

  • You must have an open project
  • You must have the ProjectUser role or higher to create and edit to-do items

How to open the to-do list

The to-do list is accessible from the project map view as a sidebar panel.

How to create a to-do item

  1. Open the to-do list panel
  2. Click the add button
  3. Enter a description for the task
  4. Save the to-do item

How to complete a to-do item

  1. Open the to-do list panel
  2. Click the checkbox or completion button next to the item
  3. The item is marked as completed

How to delete a to-do item

  1. Open the to-do list panel
  2. Select the item to delete
  3. Confirm the deletion

Use to-do items to track features that need explosive data entered, attributes that need verification, or areas of the map that need review before running analysis.
